Is Star Glow affordable?

What does 4 day turnaround mean?
Your artwork/design will be done within 5 days of submitting your text and images for designs.

When do you need the info and images for designs?
We ask you send it in at least 7 for flyers and 14 days for websites days before your due date. Please make sure all the text/info you send in for the design is correct. Charges may apply if you add or remove from original text you submitted.

Can I print the design to?
We are the design firm and we do work closely with printing companies. Just ask us for a list for printing companies we recommend.

What do you design?
Some of our clients use our design services for: Web Sites, Promotional Brochures, Event Flyers, Restaurant Menus, Realtor Postcards, Tickets, , Business Cards, Posters, Logo, Photo Reproduction, Calendars, CD Covers, Record Flats, and Much More! Just ask us!

Can I request my design to be delivered quicker?
Yes! But if there are jobs ahead of you that we can’t rush, there will be an overtime fee depending on your job. Please ask us.

What file formats will you send me for print?
We will send you high resolution 300 dpi files. We do not send you the PSD files.

What types of image do you accept for designs?
We prefer high resolution images and artwork for better quality of designs.

Is there an extra charge for bleeds?
No. Unlike many other companies, all our prices include full bleeds free of charge. The bleeds should be 1/8" all around.

Can you upload the final designs with a url address?
Yes, we will do it at no charge. We can upload the image on our server so that you can give your printer the url address.

How long does it take to design my website?
A website will take up to 2 weeks to be up and running. Need it faster? Just mention it to us!

Will you set up the server too?
Yes, we will configurate the server for FREE. No Charge!

How do I get a server to host my website?
We are partnered with a few hosting companies. We will recommend to you only the BEST!

Can I still get my owner server?
Yes, of course you can!

What payment options are available?
We will not submit any final artwork or website design to you until we receive full payment. There is a deposit for web site designs and larger jobs. We accept Visa and Mastercard with PayPal.com.

When I send my half deposit, when can i expect it to be done?
We will give you a date on the finish product.

Is the deposit refundable?
Sorry, deposits are non-refundable. You have within a year/12 month to get your site up. Quoted price is quaranteed for a year. You have within 12 months from deposit to have your site up. After the 12 months, you will lose your deposit.
